Our clients love working with us, just read what they have to say!
Once I reconnected with my why, the overwhelm disappeared — and I finally got it done.
Before working with John, I struggled with putting off the paperwork for my business startup. I knew I needed to get it done, but it felt overwhelming. John didn’t focus on the practicalities of why I was stuck. Instead, he opened up questions and encouraged curiosity to help me discover the bigger picture and my end goal. By helping me get clear on what I really wanted and why, he boosted my motivation to tackle the less exciting tasks. John also provided a clear structure for our conversations and the challenges I needed to push forward, all while making me feel like we were partnering together towards the end goal. I genuinely felt that he cared about my success. As a result, I sent the papers in just hours after our second session!

John listened deeply — not just to me personally, but also with spiritual sensitivity. His coaching helped me grow in self-awareness, and the clarity I gained was worth every bit of the hard work.
My first impression of John was that he really took time to listen well. He was sensitive to what was going on inside both himself and others, listening with spiritual attunement. I was impressed by his ability to adapt to what I needed as a client, and by his large tool belt of trainings, abilities, and methods to help get you where you want to go in coaching. I came to him with a hope to improve my interpersonal skills, and the work we did was long and hard — but worth it. He became someone I trusted deeply and someone I would definitely recommend as a life coach, emotional intelligence coach, leadership coach, transition coach, or executive coach. He can probably do even a lot more than that. So give him a try — I think you’ll also find him just the kind of listener, coach, and guide you need. After all, it’s not very often in life you get 45, 60, or even 90 minutes where someone will completely focus on you — listening actively and asking the kind of questions that bring new awareness and clarity. And you find, as you talk, that you’re becoming clearer at the same time. Maybe more clear than ever before — about important things in your life or work.

I used to believe my role was to have the right answers—yet something often felt missing. Through coaching and training, I experienced a powerful shift: from being a solution-giver to someone who empowers others to take ownership and grow.
As someone who consults mission-driven organizations across the Global South and cares for workers at the grassroots level, I approached each situation with sincere intent to offer the best possible guidance. But over time, I realised that giving answers wasn’t always what people truly needed. That changed when I received coaching and training under John Koch. Instead of offering solutions, John patiently and faithfully guided me to discover the answers within myself. His approach challenged and reshaped my thinking. I experienced a powerful shift—from being a solution-giver to becoming someone who empowers others to take ownership and grow through their own process. This transformation has not only impacted my ministry but also deepened the way I walk alongside leaders, helping them uncover and activate their God-given potential. Coaching has become an invaluable tool in helping others move forward with clarity, confidence, and ownership.

Supervision helped me bring my whole self back into coaching—and that’s now helping my clients do the same in their leadership.
I’ve been coaching senior leaders for over 25 years. Over time, I noticed my work had become more mental—focused on frameworks, models, and intellectual insight. In the process, I had slowly drifted away from other dimensions of my experience—yoga, spirituality, and a rich tapestry of embodied and experiential learning that are core to who I am, and that open new ways of engaging with clients and complexity in corporate settings. In coaching supervision with John, I found a rare kind of space—one that felt both safe and expansive. A space where I could think out loud, circle around ideas without pressure, and gently reconnect with the parts of myself I’d left outside the coaching conversation. Through his patient presence, thoughtful questions, and intuitive listening, I found the clarity and confidence to bring more of my whole self into my practice. Now, my coaching feels fuller, more connected, more alive. And my clients? They sense it. They meet me with more of themselves too—tapping into their own inner resources and navigating complexity with greater creativity and wholeness.

From Falling Short to Inner Freedom and Peace.
As someone who teaches and trains others in spiritual disciplines, I struggled to maintain the same sense of closeness to God in daily life. I often felt like I was falling short. John’s coaching helped me reflect and brought clarity to the motivations and behaviour patterns behind that disconnect. The result? I’ve stopped being so hard on myself. I no longer carry that quiet sense of failure. I’m much more free in how I relate to God now. That shift has brought a deeper sense of peace and clarity into my day-to-day life.

From barely getting by to sustainable streams of income.
Before working with Coach John, I was barely getting by in my startup. Finances were tight, and I felt stuck—with no clear way forward. Collaborating with him was a turning point. John didn’t come in with quick fixes. Instead, he offered deep presence—he listened closely, asked the hard questions, and helped me develop a plan that made sense for my life and goals. What stood out most was the way he combined support, challenge, and accountability. Through our coaching, I was able to create four sustainable income streams—practical, realistic steps I could actually take. Since then, everything has shifted. I’ve found stability, peace of mind, and even space to dream again.John’s coaching didn’t just help me get back on track—it gave me the confidence and clarity to take ownership of my future.
